1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Rent Car Thailand, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

3. Marketplace Nature

Rent Car Thailand is a technology platform that connects vehicle providers with customers. We do not own, operate, or control the vehicles listed on the platform. The rental agreement is directly between the Provider and the Customer.

4. Digital Protocols

All users agree to use our digital handover protocol for vehicle check-in and check-out. This includes providing accurate mileage, fuel levels, and photo/video evidence of the vehicle's condition.

5. Fees and Payments

Platform markups (15%) are applied to all rentals and services. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Providers are responsible for their own tax obligations under Thai law.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the platform for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to fraud, unauthorized vehicle use, or circumventing the platform's booking and payment systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and technology on this platform are the property of Rent Car Thailand and are protected by international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rent Car Thailand shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
